Our services cover all facets of rateable valuations applied to clients' premises and the associated rate liability. We analyse rateable valuation assessments and advise on the feasibility of appeals. In cases of excessive valuation we handle appeals to both the Commissioner of Valuation and, if necessary, the Valuation Tribunal, and we advise on eligibility for vacancy relief under the Local Government Acts.
