Built on experience, driven by performance

HPS Real Estate was founded by Ryan Hanly, an award-winning real estate professional and former Owner & CEO of Rooney Real Estate Group. Ryan launched HPS to fill a gap in the Irish market: a modern, performance-led property advisory firm built on the traditional values of integrity, trust and service.

What began as a vision for smarter property management and advisory quickly evolved into one of Ireland’s fastest-growing real estate firms. Today, HPS continues to expand through the acquisition and integration of established agencies — scaling our platform without losing the personal, high-accountability service our clients value.
