HPS Real Estate was founded by Ryan Hanly, an award-winning real estate professional and former Owner & CEO of Rooney Real Estate Group. Ryan launched HPS to fill a gap in the Irish market: a modern, performance-led property advisory firm built on traditional values of integrity, trust, and service.

What began as a vision for smarter property management and advisory quickly evolved into one of Ireland’s fastest-growing real estate firms. Today, HPS continues to expand through the acquisition and integration of established agencies—scaling our platform without losing the personal, high-accountability service our clients value.

Under Ryan’s leadership, HPS delivers institutional-grade real estate advisory and asset management to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, REITs, corporate occupiers, and public sector clients.

Catherine Cooney

Catherine Cooney brings a wealth of local knowledge and industry expertise to her role as Western Region Manager at HPS Real Estate. She began her career by founding her own franchise under a leading international real estate brand, building a strong reputation for integrity and results.

A proud native of the West of Ireland, Catherine has deep roots in the region and longstanding connections within the agricultural and GAA communities. Her areas of expertise include new and second-hand residential sales, property sourcing, and agricultural property sales and advisory.
